MEDIATION
Mediation is a structured, interactive process where an impartial third party neutrally assists disputing parties in resolving conflict through the use of specialized communication and negotiation techniques. All participants in mediation are encouraged to actively participate in the process. Ronald E. Corkern, Jr., Steven D. Crews, and J. Chris Guillet are experienced mediators, handling all types of cases. They mediate cases through Upstate Mediation, LLC.

Lisa V. Johnson has specialized in Estate Planning and Successions since 2010. She helps clients determine how to handle their estate and trust matters, prepares all types of wills, and manages successions (the filing of probate and successions).
